Mission
As an Automation Engineer within the Customer Service department of our RadioPharma Solutions Business Unit , you will play a pivotal role throughout the lifecycle of our innovative automation solutions . Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration , support , and optimization of our systems, contributing to high impact particle accelerator solutions worldwide .
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Provide high-level technical support post-system start-up to internal teams and clients.
- Develop, program, and optimize automation solutions.
- Design, integrate, and maintain SCADA systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Deliver technical training to internal teams and clients.

Ensure the successful implementation, support, and quality of the entire control system.Document control system architecture, implementation, and upgrades.Develop and execute unit and integration test cases to ensure software reliability.Analyze, understand, and challenge business needs to develop efficient software solutions.Collaborate with internal and external customers to enhance automation systems.Deploy and upgrade control systems both on-site and in factory settings.Estimate workload and deadlines, ensuring timely project delivery.Review the work of team members, providing constructive feedback and proposing improvements.Follow industry best practices and internal guidelines, while proactively suggesting enhancements.What We Value
Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in industrial automation, including :PLC & Safety PLC programming (Siemens STEP7, TIA Portal, or BNR).SCADA development (Wonderware Archestra, InTouch).FAT / SAT testing and validation.Industrial communication protocols (Profibus-DP, PROFINET, ModbusTCP, OPC-UA).Analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver efficient solutions aligned with business strategy.Team player with a creative mindset, eager to innovate.Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.English proficiency (B2 level or higher) and French (C1 or higher).Mobility : Occasional travel (10-20%) with a valid driver’s license (B).What We Offer
