At SteepConsult, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic, positive, and dedicated team of 60+ consultants in Belgium.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be the bridge between the business (e.g., senior management) and the technical team (e.g., developers).
  • You communicate with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needs.
  • You translate business requirements into detailed specifications for IT and analyse the impact.
  • You present opportunities for improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree in management or in another relevant field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • You have worked in an IT environment.
  • You speak English and Dutch and / or French.
  • You have good interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • You are motivated and have a positive mindset.
