Test Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Test Planning & Coordination :
  • Plan and execute SIT and E2E tests within your domain.
  • Coordinate with test engineers to ensure structured demonstration of software quality.
  • Process & Tool Management :
  • Implement a structured approach to IT testing activities.
  • Maintain and enhance processes and tools required for testing.
  • Automation & Efficiency :
  • Evaluate test cases for automation suitability.
  • Provide user support for test management tools and automated testing tools.
  • Quality Assurance :
  • Critically assess IT and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Go Live Coordination :
  • Assist in drafting documents related to the testing process.
  • Prepare for Go Live and coordinate validations during release weekends.
  • Support :
  • Participate in other processes to support users of the IT infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background :
  • Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience :
  • Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, with the ability to elevate team performance.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • ISTQB certification (additional certifications are a plus).

    • Skills :

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to critically assess and improve testing processes.

    • Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with testing and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, SoapUI, Selenium).
  • Familiarity with IT project work in agile and DevOps contexts.
