What will you do?

  • Support and challenge the business in identifying, managing, and monitoring significant risks in key processes, activities, and projects.
  • Lead the deployment of new initiatives aligned with our ERM strategy.
  • Coordinate the identification, design, and testing of key controls, addressing operational weaknesses.
  • Report to senior management on strategic risks, operational weaknesses, and control structure quality.
  • Collaborate with other control functions, such as Compliance and Audit, on cross-functional initiatives.

    • Who we're looking for?

    We seek a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Business Information Technology, Law, or a related field. You should be fluent in English, Dutch, and French, with a few years of relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or management consulting. Experience in the financial sector is a plus. You should be capable of managing projects independently, have strong analytical skills, and be an excellent communicator able to engage with C-suite executives. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required, and knowledge of PowerBI is a plus. Occasional travel between Brussels and Rotterdam is expected.
