About this role :

As our Senior Marketing Manager Belgium / Luxembourg B2C, you will help boost our growth in the markets, identifying local opportunities next to the global ones and developing marketing campaigns. Working on the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing activities, you make sure that everything from local & global campaigns and activations is optimised to engage with customers across our market.

In addition to working with marketing stakeholders to deliver global and local market campaigns and initiatives, you’re able to effectively localise global campaigns which include ensuring that any marketing activities reflect our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role :

  • Help support the annual brand marketing plans & deliver marketing business update reports.
  • Build good relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point and keeping them updated regarding relevant plans.
  • Produce top-class collaboration with agencies, partners, and internal departments, such as our internal agency, media team, Digital team, retention team, local Sales team & performance marketing team.
  • Report to the Head of Marketing for Belgium / Luxembourg, to share your insights and ensure alignment on all activities.
  • Work closely with the Belgian / Luxembourg team to make sure all campaigns are aligned and in line with the local strategy.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Seasoned marketing experience, preferably in an FMCG and / or e-commerce environment.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal & external parties.
  • Confident working autonomously, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and data-driven approach to your job.
  • Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking skills, and a test & learn method.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with proven experience in successful project management.
  • Fluent in English and French (written & spoken) and good communication skills.
