For one of our clients, we are looking for a :

Company :

Our client is the market leader in its B2B and B2C segment of the services sector. The company is a subsidiary of a publicly quoted financial services group. The headquarters are located in walking distance from Brussels central railroad station.

Context :

The Board of Directors has recently decided to launch a major program to transform the IT application architecture. The necessary budget has been approved for the roll-out phase which is expected to last until mid 2027.

The Director IT and Digitalization will take over the role of the present ad interim Head of IT, who will remain available on a consultancy basis.

This permanent position can be filled in via an employee contract or via services delivered by a management company.

Responsibilities :

• Transform the IT architecture in order to reduce operating costs and improve the quality of services provided.
• Introduce innovative tools and techniques in order to further digitalize service processes.
• Effectively manage a team of 70 IT experts.
• As a member of the Executive Management Committee, actively contribute to the company’s long term strategic plan.
