We are looking for an Account Manager for one of my clients, a company specializing in heat pumps.
Regio : Antwerpen / Kempen
This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, particularly HVAC (heating and cooling) installers.
Contract : employee
Salary range : around 4.5K + commissions + monthly net expenses + car + insurances
Key responsibilities include :
- Establishing contact with clients by phone and in person.
- Building a trust-based relationship by providing professional technical advice and ensuring proper follow-up of quotes.
- Generating new contacts, for example through trade fairs, and identifying market opportunities.
- Developing an annual budget and sales plan for your region.
- Staying updated on the latest strategic, technical, and pricing developments in the market.
- Representing the company at trade shows and client events alongside colleagues.
Requirements :
Knowledge of air technology and thermodynamics or relevant industry experience is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn and an affinity with their products are more important.Strong social skills and the ability to approach clients and prospects effectively.A professional approach and customer-oriented mindset.Positive attitude and team spirit.Ability to prioritize and work easily with numbers such as price lists.Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)Convenient access to the Antwerp region from your location.If this role interests you, I would be happy to discuss this opportunity further!
