Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Intern / Payroll Intern to support our HR team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits, and HR systems in a dynamic and international environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the processing of payroll activities and respond to inquiries from employees and managers.
Support the Senior Compensation & Benefits Expert in improving efficiency and quality in salary reporting, payroll administration, and compensation & benefits matters.
Help ensure data accuracy in HR systems and support HRIS process optimization.
Contribute to HR reporting and analytics , including payroll and personnel data.
Assist in maintaining and improving self-service HR tools and internal communication .
Support compliance with J-SOX, GDPR, and social legislation .
Collaborate with HR team members on various HR projects and initiatives .
Profile Description
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of payroll processing or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Excel and an interest in HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).
Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
