Cloud Solution Architect

Software Development | Software Development | Cloud | Solution Architect | BrusselsFor one of our clients in the banking / insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect.

Your new role

  • As a Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll be focused on application, data, and technology architectures.
  • Possesses deep knowledge of the supported business Line of Business (LoB).
  • Design solutions that span multiple functional domains.
  • Oversees the implementation of these solutions through design authority meetings.
  • For each functionality (Epic / Feature), you create the solution architecture which contains application components, integration (services, API, events and file), application cooperation, information and Public Cloud (AWS) usage views and which are formalized using Archimate.
  • Directly reports to the domain’s Enterprise Architect.
  • Collaborates closely with Business Architects and Delivery Managers.

Your profile

  • You have a Master's degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • You speak French / English and understand Dutch.
  • AWS Cloud architecture as well as Docker and k8s skills and experience are an asset.
  • You have very good knowledge of IT market trends and technology evolution (ability to communicate to all relevant stakeholders on their relevant level of information needs)
  • You are a quick learner with excellent communication skills.
  • You are good at networking and influencing
  • You are result driven, flexible, proactive, structured, team player and quality-oriented-
