FunctieomschrijvingHold an Engineering degree or equivalent (in testing, instrumentation, electromechanics, electronics, or related fields) Knowledge in instrumentation, signal processing, and data analysis Experience with test equipment (vibration, thermal, strain gauges, pressure sensors, etc.) Knowledge in special measurements (vibration, strain, etc.) Strong commitment to personal and team safety Willingness to travel for the organization and execution of tests. (3 to 5 times a year) Familiarity with standards and regulations governing testing activities. B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming new Test Engineer in our Defense team.
As a Test Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organisation focused on innovation.
Your responsibilities :
- Draft test plans and protocols, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. Organize and schedule test activities and readiness reviews.
- Assign roles to team members, ensure safety procedures are followed during testing, and coordinate stakeholders for test and demo sessions.
- Define and maintain appropriate instrumentation, ensure calibration is up to date, and manage storage and upkeep of testing equipment.
- Participate in data analysis, write comprehensive test reports, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, and ensure proper data archiving.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and provide feedback on subsystem design from a testability and accessibility perspective.
