About this vacancy

As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain the Linux OS.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to define and refine requirements.
  • Design and review embedded software solutions.
  • Provide input and support for quality testing.

    • What we expect from you

  • You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics-ICT or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience.
  • You have a good knowledge of C, C++ and Linux environments.
  • You have knowledge of Buildroot and / or Yocto.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English & Dutch.
  • An interest in electronics (PCB's) or Firmware (FPGA's) is a plus.
  • You are fascinated by new technologies and always willing to update your knowledge.
