As a Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to a member of our Executive Board, handling a variety of administrative and organizational tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, optimizing time management, and facilitating effective communication. You will act as the first point of contact, managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism. The position requires being in the office in Brussels 2 to 3 days a week.

Bachelor diploma in business administration or related field? Check! Experience as management assistant in a dynamic organization? Check! Strong interest in supporting (senior) management? Check! Independent organizational talent who values discreteness and has the ability to prioritize requests effectively? Check! Strong communication skills, both oral and written? Check! Fluency in English, French and / or Dutch? Check! Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)? Check! A background or interest in the Life & Health insurance industry is considered a plus.
