Collaborate with clients on-site and remotely to define their functional and technical requirements.

Design customized solutions based on end-user interfaces, reports, and workflows.

Oversee the development of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay solutions through coding and testing.

Troubleshoot configuration issues as they arise.

Document the configuration process and provide materials for customer reference.

Handle installation and deployment of the solutions.

Provide technical support in collaboration with sales, R&D, and technical teams.

Occasionally deliver on-site training for end users.

Degree in software or related field required.

Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and technologies like XML, JavaScript, ASP, and C#.

Strong customer service orientation.

Fluent in English and Dutch.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Experience with SAP integration is a plus.

Knowledge of accounting and finance is an advantage.
