These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, leveraging your strong organizational skills and problem-solving acumen to effectively plan, execute, and complete them. Collaborating with fellow project managers, your leadership and expertise will guarantee on-time, within-budget, and high-quality project deliveries.

The scope of your role is national, and you will operate from Antwerp (Belgium).

Responsibilities

• Accepting sales projects and ensuring, prior to project commencement, that all relevant procedures have been correctly followed.
• Executing projects in alignment with contractual agreements with both customers and suppliers, managing them within budget and in accordance with our business objectives in ethics, quality, health, and safety.
• Prioritizing revenue growth, enhancing business results, and fostering a corporate culture centered on ownership and collaboration.
• Actively maintaining customer relationships throughout the project, promptly reporting any escalations affecting these relationships to the appropriate business development manager.
• Developing comprehensive project plans, closely monitoring progress against plans and contracts, and providing periodic progress reports, intervening and escalating issues when necessary.
• Planning resources and assembling project teams based on required competencies.
• Establishing material requirements for projects and creating material orders for the procurement department.
• Conducting project evaluations and assessing how project objectives were achieved.
• Actively sharing knowledge to improve the project approach for future projects.
• Taking responsibility for aftersales activities during the project’s warranty period.
• Creating conditions that facilitate safe and responsible work, including negotiating safe working conditions with customers, conducting toolbox meetings with relevant internal stakeholders, and overseeing hired staff.
