The future IT System Specialist will have the following responsibilities :
- Maintain & updates the IT Systems of our clients to ensure business continuity.
- Audit security measures and update them following your audit.
- Manage incidents & issues and intervene to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Coach the Support team to allow them to grow as individuals and as a team.
- Coordinate regularly with business and IT stakeholders to collect their needs.
- Ensure continuous improvements within the team.
