FunctieomschrijvingFreelance Maintenance Engineer Support mechanical maintenance supervisors during plant upsets, equipment failures, and shutdowns by advising on material selection, best practices, and standards. Develop and implement processes to evaluate and improve equipment reliability in collaboration with asset and maintenance managers. Establish sustainable procedures for site piping class maintenance and create standard mechanical specifications for equipment procurement. Oversee the entire lifecycle of equipment procurement, including engineering, vendor selection, and factory acceptance tests. Define and monitor maintenance KPIs while analyzing recurring problems and proposing solutions. Freelance Maintenance Engineer Civil Engineer or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance. Proficient in Dutch, English, and French; knowledge of SAP is an advantage. Strong analytical and strategic thinker with expertise in project management and chemical process knowledge.
