• Testing capabilities

• Experience with COBOL

• Experience with IBM mainframe
• Business experience
• Experience with credits
• Experience in supporting a development squad in an agile environment
• Experience working in a large company / complex business environment
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in functional analysis
