Key Responsibilities :
Oversee timely and accurate financial closings across multiple entities.
Prepare comprehensive reports for limited partners.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances to inform decisions.
Manage cash flow planning and payment approvals.
Liaise with fund administrators and Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs).
Supervise invoicing cycles and coordinate VAT and tax filings.
Act as the primary contact during audits, providing necessary support.
Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Successful Candidate Qualities
Strong academic background in finance.
3-8 years of experience in financial controlling or fund administration.
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French and / or Dutch is advantageous.
