OT / ICS Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Consultant - ISO 27001 / IEC-ISA62443

As an Industrial Security Consultant / Engineer at Spinae, you will support companies in the field of Industrial Control System (ICS / OT) Security .

  • You will engage in dialogue with clients and familiarize yourself with their production environments. With this acquired knowledge, you will identify cyber risks that could lead to unplanned downtime .
  • You will assist companies in implementing security frameworks such as IEC 62443 .
  • You will help manufacturing companies implement and comply with cybersecurity-related laws and regulations , such as NIS2 .
  • You will conduct risk analyses and help companies develop a risk-driven approach .
  • You will create a security roadmap tailored to the client and help them follow up on it, ensuring improvement in information and cybersecurity .
  • You will analyze the company's current cybersecurity posture and provide recommendations for improvement.

Profile

  • You have several years of experience .
  • You hold a master's or bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a strong ability to empathize with the client’s way of working.
  • You have knowledge and experience in production processes .
  • You are somewhat risk-averse .
  • You have knowledge of cybersecurity technologies .
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, etc. is a significant advantage.
  • You learn quickly and are willing to continuously update your skills .
  • You can communicate effectively with different stakeholders within an organization (e.g., production managers, engineering teams, CISO, IT Manager, etc. ).
  • You have a good command of the English language and can communicate fluently. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with team members and clients.

  • Ensure that risk management of the company’s information systems is applied (security, confidentiality, reliability, etc.).
  • Implement information security measures , risk detection ( malware, cyberattacks, etc. ) and incident response.
  • Draft and formalize technical documents (specifications, technical requirements, etc.).
  • Lead or assist in integration (implementation) projects or the development of hardware / software solutions .
  • Keep up to date with technical, economic, and regulatory information .
  • Participate in IT system audits and recommend changes.
  • Develop technical solutions and propose, evaluate, and recommend configurations or architectures suited to functional needs.
  • Contribute to the testing and deployment of developed applications.
  • Prepare documentation .
  • Define and apply standards, methods, tools, and procedures for reliability, research, or IT production (quality, security, etc.).
  • Develop and monitor key security indicators .
  • Ensure compliance with security standards within IT teams (analysis, operations, production, etc.).
  • Identify and manage risks associated with new technologies .
  • Supervise and coordinate project execution.
  • Analyze the functional needs of the company or client.
  • Define technical specifications based on requirements.
  • Advise and provide technical support to users, clients, and services.
