About the Role

Working as Head Of Development

As Head of Development, you will manage around 30 developers based in France, Belgium, Sweden, the UK, and Germany. You will be accountable for the delivery (Quality, Time, Cost), ensuring the security of the code produced by the entity. The main priority will be to conduct a change in the overall team organization and way of working : openness to 3rd party development, implementing SAFe, and increasing proximity between development, operational, and business teams. You will transition your entity to a business and product organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage resources composed of around 25 internal people and several external personnel.
  • Set up a new organization to align your entity with business needs and achieve optimal efficiency.
  • Lead relations with main stakeholders : SOC, CSOC, OB, to understand their business needs and relay them to your team.
  • Ensure that the quality delivered by your team aligns with business expectations and budget constraints.
  • Manage the transformation of the entity to make it more agile and adaptable.
  • Oversee the transformation of the way of working, moving to SAFe, and building a framework for 3rd party development.
  • Elaborate, with the support and approval of the ISS director, the budget for your entity.
