These are your main areas of activity

You look after over 40,000 mobile devices (Windows 10) and have in-depth knowledge of endpoint service management.
You analyze and solve IT malfunctions and service requests holistically by processing ticket requests by phone and in writing.
You support the lifecycle of client software and hardware, including deployment, rollout, updates, complaints and decommissioning.
You document all support activities carried out and forward them in a professional and timely manner. You will also continuously maintain the knowledge base.

What you bring with you

You are experienced in troubleshooting Windows 10, both in the area of operating system as well as network and application deployment.

You have in-depth knowledge of MS Intune and Azure / Entra ID.

You have the ITIL Foundation certification and practical experience in the application of IT service management structures, especially in incident and problem management

You have strong analytical skills and very good problem-solving skills for IT technical issues

You are confident with ticket systems and have experience with tools such as Jira Service Management, OTRS and SNOW.
