Your Missions and Responsibilities :

  • Draft , review, and negotiate deal documentation in Banking & Finance transactions.
  • Engage directly with clients and counterparties throughout the process.
  • Manage matters from inception to closing with precision and professionalism..

    • The Perfect Profile :

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Banking & Finance
  • Belgian law degree (an additional qualification abroad or an LLM is a plus).
  • Fluency in French or Dutch , with strong English proficiency.
  • Proactive, client-oriented with a practical and commercial mindset.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
