YOUR MISSIONS
Within the Operational team, as a warehouse manager, you will run the daily operations from the Belgium and HQ warehouse. Your main role is to configure, prepare, test, control, and ship all materials. Your main responsibilities include :
Belgium Operations Scope :
- Active participation in the organization of the stock space - proactivity in stock configuration.
- Preparing the booth and welcoming the client, explaining how to install it.
- Testing and checking all events before leaving the stock.
- Weekly preparation of the events (preparation, software updates, installation software).
Preparation for the HQ Scope :
Intervention on the project and stock management software.Packing for / reception of international shipments.Preparation of the material.Testing of the setup for events and fairs.Stock Management Scope :
Checking the material on offers.Collaboration with the logistics, operations, and stock teams (installers, fleets, technical equipment).Creation, testing, and assistance on material orders for new concepts / setup / innovation development with the design and innovation teams.Day-to-day cleaning, checking, organizing, and following up on stock levels.Following stock checks by the Setup & Installation specialist, referring to the head of operations.Maintenance of the booths, software, and materials.Management of equipment, inventories, and various orders.Preparation and manipulation of booths and setups for each event (including moving heavy loads).YOUR PROFILE
First significant experience, ideally in a similar field (photo / events).Excellent command of computers, technology, and photography.Comfortable with manual work (painting, collage, cutting, etc.).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Rigorous and highly organized, with great attention to detail and procedures.Team player with strong leadership skills.Strong work ethic.WHAT DO WE OFFER?
