As a Business Controller, you will play a key role in the Finance team (20 people) with a real impact on the company's growth.

My client is a Belgian company specialising in food production in over 50 countries around the world.
Description
As a Business Controller, you'll report directly to the Controlling Manager and your main responsibilities will be :
- Analyse and report P&L results for two business units
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Review financial results with the Senior Controller
- Coaching junior team members
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Participate in financial review meetings
- Conduct variance analysis for production and purchasing
- Support & implement strategic projects and process improvements
- Communicate key insights to management
