In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern

machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers.

SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka : the drones solutions unit!

Mission :

Organize team activities and ensure production schedule adherence.

Tasks :

  • Apply the production schedule and assign tasks to team members.
  • Verify and validate time records on production files.
  • Assess and ensure availability of documents, materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Set an exemplary behavior and ensure compliance with quality requirements, safety rules, and discipline.
  • Manage technical and human difficulties encountered and implement defined corrective actions.
  • Manage human resources on site (attendance, leave, adherence to allocated hours, etc.).
  • Facilitate daily SQCDP meetings (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Personnel) and liaise with the program manager.
  • Address daily blocking points raised by operators during SQCDP.
  • Participate in production activities as per operational needs.
  • Support and advise team members, train new recruits.
  • Participate in individual performance evaluations.
  • Assist the Production Line Manager in skills management and identifying training needs.
  • Collaboration and responsibility regarding EN quality standard and ISO environmental standard.
  • Shift work (rotating teams) and / or overtime work (evenings and weekends) may be required.

Profile :

  • Minimum secondary technical education in mechanics or electromechanics (or equivalent).
  • Experience in team management is an asset.
  • Ability to work in synergy with internal and external clients.
  • Listening skills and analytical and assertive character.
  • Active knowledge of French and English (technical & spoken).
  • Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Lean Management techniques is a plus.
  • Experience in managing audits and process organization is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
