Description
- Add value by optimizing the use of systems and tools (including Copilot) to simplify and improve administrative and talent management processes.
- Manage talent management projects, including the implementation and monitoring of processes in SuccessFactors.
- Work closely with the Talent Manager and Talent Officer to support appraisal management, performance management, and administrative aspects related to attorney contracts.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with the firm's various stakeholders, including junior associates and partners, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Actively participate in improving the People Experience through a relational approach and effective management of HR processes.
Profile
2 to 5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably with experience in talent management, performance management, or administrative support.A background in human resources, social psychology, or law is a plus, with a preference for candidates with an affinity for the legal profession.Fluency in English (mandatory) and French (preferred); Dutch is not an essential requirement.Ability to manage several projects in parallel while remaining results-oriented and efficient.A perfectionist, performance-oriented personality, able to work rigorously and bring projects to a successful conclusion while respecting deadlines and priorities.A keen interest in topics related to talent management and HR process optimization.Ability to use modern HR tools (in particular SuccessFactors and Copilot).Offer
