The Company

Founded in 2008, NEO2 is a consulting and technical assistance firm specializing in process engineering and industrial infrastructure. Our group has over 600 employees and works with major clients in the Energy, Environment, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food industries on industrial and digital projects.

We deploy our consultant engineers, technical experts, and project managers to assist our clients in executing their strategic projects. Today, we are established in France in Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence, and Bordeaux, and we continue our development with the opening of an office in Brussels, Belgium.

The Mission

To support the group's growth, we are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our team! As a junior production engineer, you will carry out tasks such as :

Implementation of production optimization and monitoring.

Execution of quality monitoring.

Analysis and problem-solving.

Writing of technical procedures.

Collaboration with the maintenance team.

Your Profile

Graduate of an industrial engineering school, with an interest in production, you want to kick-start your career by working on innovative projects with major Belgian and international industrial companies.

You have a degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

You have a strong interest in the field of production.

You have initial experience in the field of industrial engineering (for recent graduates, we value internships).

You are fluent in Dutch and English. (Required)

You hold a valid work authorization for Belgium (nationality, work permit, family reunification visa, etc.). (Required)

Our Offer

Attractive base salary in line with your experience.

Mobility program : Electric company car (with a European charging tag) or Mobility Budget (600€ to 775€ / month).

Extensive insurance package : Group insurance (6% of annual salary) + Hospitalization insurance (60 days pre-op; 180 days post-op coverage).

Representation allowance (210€ to 275€ / month).
