Now, we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Antwerpen. What is the role About?  Your responsibilities include :

• Overseeingand directing construction projects during the execution phase
• Reviewingthe project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Reviewingthe planning of all different contractors and manage full adapted site-planning
• Overseeingall onsite and offsite project works, monitoring compliance with building andsafety regulations
• Coordinatingand directing construction workers and (sub)contractors
• Keeptrack of work progress on a daily basis
• Ensuringsafe working conditions on site
• Preparinginternal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Anticipatingpotential issues and resolving any emerging ones
• Managingpermits and licenses
• Analyzing,managing and mitigate risks
• Ensureconstruction quality standards, and the use of appropriate constructiontechniques
