Description
- You act as a central point of contact for questions from both clients, as well as Employee Benefits Consultants and account managers on insurance technical, administrative and accounting matters (e.g. preparing insurance contracts and inserts, following up renewals and amendments, etc.).
- You will provide daily technical management - analysis, development, adjustment - of a portfolio of group insurance, hospitalization insurance and related programs at the clients' premises.
- Working closely with the Employee Benefits Consultants, you identify and assess client needs, existing contracts and technical reports.
- You request, compare and evaluate quotes from insurers. You give detailed instructions to the chosen insurer regarding the coverages to be insured and you refine the policy terms and conditions.
