FunctieomschrijvingProviding first line support for questions and problems from users Solving server and network problems at first line level Registering issues in the ticketing system and creating Knowledge Base (KB) articles Creating accounts for new users and providing training Proposing and implementing monitoring solutions to further optimize the operation of the ICT infrastructure Contributing to projects and making proposals for improvements within your area of expertise You have a bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or you are equivalent through relevant professional experience You have several years of experience in a first line ICT support function You believe in the motto 'problems are there to be solved' and you work independently, structured and solution-oriented You have strong communication skills and know how to interact patiently and constructively with colleagues and external parties You are perfectly bilingual (Dutch and English) . The broader your knowledge, the more interesting. Think for example of Windows 11, Apple MacOS, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, ... and software such as Visio, Adobe, ... You have experience with managing users in Active Directory and / or Azure Active Directory You have some experience with server / network / VMware management (not required, but a strong advantage).
A permanent contract for a full-time position of 40 hours / week within a flexible working schedule
20 days of leave, supplemented by 12 ADV days
