Functieomschrijving12+ years of SAP experience, including 4+ years in project or program management. Proven expertise in full lifecycle S / 4HANA implementations. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SAP Activate methodologies (certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate are a plus). Fluency in English, with proficiency in French and / or Dutch. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in large-scale SAP transformations and managing distributed teams. Familiarity with the Belgian market and regulatory landscape is highly advantageous.
Conexus are partnered with a global consultancy, that are rapidly expanding their SAP practice throughout 2025. On that basis, we are searching for a SAP Program Manager to join them on a permanent basis in Belgium.
As an SAP Program Manager, you will :
- Lead and manage SAP programs from start to finish, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define program objectives, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs.
- Oversee end-to-end S / 4HANA implementations and integrate multiple project plans.
- Implement program governance processes and manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-sales activities and ensure seamless client transitions.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering excellence and alignment with standards.
