1 / Support technical tasks

Carry out assembly, calibration and maintenance of the equipment
Propose technical improvements

2 / Support operational tasks

Operate service at customer location (in Europe)

Travel extensively, in Europe, sometimes for extended duration (up to 1 month)

Debug and troubleshoot on the field with remote support of Pulsaart Gosselies teams

3 / Represent at the customer

Being on site for the operation, you will be in close contact with the customer. You will need to manage some aspects of customer relationship (technical, organizational, etc…)

Patient, Rigorous, Logical, Creative,

High autonomy in the daily operations

Basic knowledge of electronics / mechanics

Ability to read drawings, diagrams, manufacturers' manuals, technical files

Ability to express yourself in English

Willingness to travel abroad for several weeks (in Europe)

Good physical condition
