Financial Controller
Ghent | Financial & Business Controller | English Dutch | 3+ years' experience | Attractive salary packageFor one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Financial Controller in Ghent :
What you'll be doing :
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial management reports
- Build a deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, and KPIs
- Prepare annual budgets for different business units
- Control and optimize operational costs and calculate compensation plans
- Act as a key user of financial reporting tools and develop KPI reports and dashboards
- Provide ad hoc finance and accounting support, including coordination of annual financial statements and tax returns, preparation of consolidated financial statements, and assistance during financial audits
- Support financial integration of acquisitions and M&A due diligence
