We're looking for a driven and creative Marketing Executive to join our team on a temporary basis, supporting campaign execution and field marketing activities across Belgium and Luxembourg. You'll play a key role in shaping engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive real impact.
Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering targeted marketing campaigns and executing events from concept to completion. The role will evolve in two phases :
Phase 1 : Onboarding & Field Support (50 / 50 split)
- Participate in hands-on training alongside the permanent Campaign Marketing Executive.
- Support Field Marketing in Flanders by helping execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns across email, PPC, social media, and content.
- Plan and execute hosted and third-party events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event reporting.
Phase 2 : Campaign Ownership (Full Coverage)
Lead campaign development and execution targeting accounting firms in Flanders and Wallonia.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic, multi-channel campaigns.Create and coordinate campaign assets including landing pages, email sequences, blog posts, social content, and customer stories.Manage the execution and follow-up of both digital and physical events such as webinars, roundtables, conferences, and tradeshows.Monitor and optimize database health, track key performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights.Maintain consistent communication with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for campaign alignment.Ensure legal compliance and brand consistency in all communication.Experience & Competences :
Experience
Prior experience in B2B marketing with a focus on digital campaign execution and content creation.Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoom).Proven ability to manage events and lead nurturing initiatives.Familiarity with GDPR and best practices in email marketing.Skills
Strong writing and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English .Data-driven mindset with a passion for analyzing campaign performance.Experience using design and scheduling tools like Canva and Hootsuite is a plus.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Personal Attributes
