We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer.

What You Will Do?

Provide L2 production and non-production application support in a critical environment
Coordinate and execute production deployments (runbooks, follow-ups, monitoring)
Maintain operational documentation and ensure high-quality handovers to operations
Monitor application and infrastructure environments (Linux / Windows / Cloud / Mainframe)
Collaborate with development and release teams in an Agile setup
Participate in on-call rotations (24 / 7, including weekends)
Contribute to service continuity and business recovery planning
Continuously improve incident / problem management processes

What You Bring?

6+ years of experience in IT operations or production support

Solid skills in Linux / Unix, Windows, and control-M job scheduling

Strong command of TIBCO BW, WebSphere, MQ, Oracle, and shell scripting

Knowledge of networking components and protocols (TCP / IP, HTTP, TLS)

Understanding of cloud infrastructure (IBM Cloud preferred)

Exposure to Agile ways of working and ITIL frameworks

Excellent analytical thinking, proactivity, and cross-cultural team collaboration

Fluency in English; French or Dutch is a strong plus

Willingness to work take part in on-call duties
