FM TECHNICIAN OPERATIONS SERVICES (M / F)

The Technician Operations Services (m / f) provides repair and technical assistance for the TRAXX HLE17 locomotives at the SNCB site, Benelux in general.

Furthermore, you analyze the information and ensure that the necessary corrective measures are taken. You also start preventive actions.

• Ensuring the availability of the rolling stock through telephone permanence.
• Carry out troubleshooting during the warranty period as well as pre-warranty & commissioning (and validation & certification if applicable), including investigation and repair.
• Identifying and rectifying faults in accordance with safety regulations.
• Guaranteeing and optimizing the execution of interventions by means of self-checking and functional checks.
• Analyzing the information and carrying out the necessary corrective measures.
• Performing administrative tasks (ordering parts, drawing up intervention reports, organizing daily tasks in consultation with our customers).
• Training in electrical installation technique / electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, commissioning is a plus.
• Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, pneumatics or hydraulics is required.
• Business trips are to be expected.
• Autonomy, customer friendliness, inquisitiveness, and sense of initiative are essential.
• Fluency in Dutch and French; knowledge of English / German is a plus.
