Raising the bar in IIoT Sales Management

Your new challenge

As Marketing Manager at Aloxy, you will be responsible for both developing and executing the marketing strategy across EMEA and the Americas. You will play a critical role in positioning Aloxys Industrial IoT solutions, driving brand awareness, and generating leads. Working closely with the CEO, you will shape the marketing direction, create compelling content, manage campaigns, and ensure consistent branding across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead marketing efforts within a growing scale-up environment.

You are a T-shaped marketing professional, working closely with the CEO, international colleagues in Sales and Customer Success, and contributing directly to Aloxy's ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy Development : collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Aloxys business objectives.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns : create and manage content for digital channels, social media, events, and sales enablement, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Lead Generation & Automation : drive lead generation campaigns, manage CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Hubspot), and optimize marketing automation tools for effective customer engagement.

Growing together towards a more reliable and safe industry

We believe we can support the transformation of Engery and Chemical industries with smart plug-and-play sensor technology that helps companies monetize their solutions. Aloxy was launched in 2018 to build specific solutions for the chemical and energy industry to facilitate the transition to Industry 4.0. The startup successfully developed a unique and patented manual valve monitoring solution. The current solution includes a valve sensor and an industrial IoT platform, the Aloxy IIoT Hub, to manage the fleet of IoT devices, monitor and optimize the network connectivity, and feed the captured sensor data to the customers systems.

The industry 4.0 transition is in full motion and more and more industry majors are investing in IoT and wireless network infrastructures. Aloxy is scaling-up, allowing new vibrant professionals to join the team and develop their careers along with developing the organization into the next phase of professionalization.

Your talent

  • a Bachelor or Master degree in the areas of Marketing Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a technical / industrial sector, preferably Oil & Gas or Industry 4.0
  • proven experience in content creation, campaign management, and lead generation
  • you are resourceful, balancing budget and creativity, measuring ROI, and being able to demonstrate the impact marketing has on business results
  • strong stakeholder management, planning, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • creative mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results with limited resources
  • you thrive in a dynamic scale-up environment, and enjoy the spirit and entrepreneurial vibes of a startup

  • attractive compensation; depending on you seniority and experience this position offers a package of around EUR 80.000 gross a year, including holiday allowance;
