Job description

Customer Service Officer (m / f / x)

Your role as Customer Service Officer (m / f / x) :

  • Respond on requests and claims from customers ( telephone 15# / day, mail 20# / day);
  • Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts ;
  • Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager ;
  • Order of new customer cards and toll ;
  • Follow-up portfolio of customers;
  • Help - train the customers to use the platform ;
  • Manage the general inbox ;
  • Sales support for the sales representatives ;
  • Reporting activities ;
  • Back-up of colleagues ( customer service , sales officer );
  • Administrative help to Technical Manager ;
  • Manual acceptance authorization ;
  • Follow up of fraud cases ;
  • Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance .

Profile

The qualities required for the position :

  • You have a higher degree of education (min. Bachelor)
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French. English is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Having a commercial feeling in helping customers
  • Team spirit
  • Good sense of business and figures
