Responsibilities :

Manage procurement categories : sourcing, selecting suppliers, and negotiating.
Build and maintain relationships with (senior) stakeholders to support supply and drive changes.
Manage supplier relationships to align with targets and improve supply, quality, and cost.
Support implementation of global projects and manage supplier transitions.
Develop and deliver objectives and targets for procurement categories.
Act as a change agent and demonstrate the value of procurement.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor / Master degree in engineering, supply chain, or business.

5-7 years of experience in supply chain / procurement.

3-5 years of direct procurement experience.

Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Experience in multinational companies and complex matrix organizations.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.

Fluent in English and Dutch.
