Senior Onsite Support Engineer
Location : Gand
Languages : Dutch and English
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for end-users regarding IT-related incidents
- Perform local service request tasks requiring physical presence (e.g. hardware installations)
- Conduct troubleshooting in collaboration with remote GDC (Global Delivery Center) teams
- Stage and install laptops and workplace equipment for new employees
- Execute functional tests after changes in the IT environment (occasional weekend interventions may be required)
- Support local IT projects that require on-site presence (“hands & eyes” support)
Profile
