Job Summary

The Global Product Manager plays a pivotal role in strategic business planning and product lifecycle management for the injection and infusion product group. You will be responsible for driving short- and long-term business growth, ensuring our products meet pharmaceutical companies' needs while achieving revenue and profit targets.

This role encompasses upstream activities (e.g., long-term strategy, market analysis, new product development proposals) and downstream activities (e.g., product launches, sales training, go-to-market strategies, and product commercialization).

Key to your success will be :

Developing and executing long-term strategies.

Creating and implementing product lifecycle management plans.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to generate value.

Understanding unmet market needs and leading the creation of business cases.

Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, sales forces, and key opinion leaders

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Define the long-term strategy for assigned platforms, including identifying market opportunities and competitive positioning.

Represent market and customer requirements on new product development teams.

Create business cases with financial projections for new product concepts.

Product Lifecycle Management

Develop business plans, pricing strategies, product positioning, and lifecycle plans.

Oversee product launch programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and addressing risks or delays.

Marketing & Sales Support

Develop sales and marketing materials, including brochures, trade advertisements, training manuals, and customer presentations.

Educate the PSD team on new products and create customer communication materials.

Regularly communicate product updates, competitive insights, and best practices to the sales force.

Market Analysis & Insights

Monitor and analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive activity.

Identify key competitors and assess their market strategies.

Provide input on partnership or acquisition opportunities.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

Promptly address customer complaints and ensure promotional materials are accurate and compliant.

Profile Description

Skills :

Strategic thinking with a strong analytical ability to solve complex problems.

Proven expertise in developing business cases and managing product lifecycles.

Proficient in Profit & Loss (P&L) management and financial forecasting.

Technical knowledge to engage with pharmaceutical scientists, engineers, and regulatory teams.

Experienced in leading cross-functional project teams using standard project management tools.

Travel : Flexible to travel up to 50%, including occasional weekend travel for client visits and congresses. Compliance with client safety and immunization requirements of our clients is mandatory.
