Key Results / Accountabilities expected from the role
According to the strategic plan of the company, team up with head of region to enhance for the brand awareness in targeted market
Work with the local sales partner to reach the sales target and maximise the sales performance
Work with the local sales partner to meet leasing companies, fleet owners, new customers etc. and represent the company and our products
Daily sales management
Guide and coordinate with the local sales network to ensure compliance with the operation standard from our brand.
Prepare the plan following standards in agreement with brand and sales and ensure the adherence to the approved plan
Managing training and onboarding strategies for new network sales partners according to company guidance
This position will be based in Belgium but with the possibility to travel to Amsterdam at least two days per 2 weeks
Experience & Educational Background & Expertise
Have a strong background in automotive industry
Being a sales-oriented person with understanding of multiple customer group perceptions
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OEM / dealer group for sales and fleet sales management
Strong negotiation and communication skill
Skilled in using basic computer applications (MS Office, especially for Excel)
Have a proficient level of Dutch and English
Must be able to work independently, self-starter
