Are you an experienced Microsoft Developer with expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 , looking to take ownership of end-to-end technical solutions ? Do you want to combine hands-on development with solution architecture in a role where you influence business-critical applications and digital transformation ? We are looking for a Senior Developer / Technical Architect who will design, develop, and oversee key application domains, ensuring their scalability, consistency, and efficiency .

This role requires someone who can bridge software development and architecture , working on customer portals, enterprise applications, process automation, and integration frameworks .

Senior Developer / Technical Architect - Your Role

Lead the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and Dynamics 365 .
Take technical ownership of specific application domains, such as customer zones, digital portals, front-end platforms, and enterprise automation .
Oversee data structures, integrations, and system interactions , ensuring coherence across applications.
Work closely with business teams, IT stakeholders, and Enterprise Architects to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
Analyze existing architectures , identifying improvements and driving efficiency and modernization .
Support the V3.0 digital transformation & V-Force project , modernizing internal applications and processes.
Develop alternative technical solutions , evaluating feasibility and scalability while considering long-term impact .
Ensure technical documentation, compliance with best practices, and governance of enterprise standards .

Senior Developer / Technical Architect - Your Profile

7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 .

Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate , and enterprise integrations.

Experience working with application architecture, IT governance, and enterprise software solutions .

Strong understanding of data structures, transaction flows, API integrations, and application interoperability .

Analytical and problem-solving mindset —proactively identifies root causes and proposes scalable solutions .

Proactive and solution-driven , able to navigate complex challenges and implement pragmatic, high-impact changes .

Experience in process optimization, business analysis, and IT strategy alignment .

Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bridge business needs with technical solutions .
