As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the Kinepolis B2B portfolio sales (events, advertising & vouchers) in your region (Antwerpen – Hasselt - Leuven) and continuously seek new opportunities for additional sales.

Your role will involve updating your knowledge of the Kinepolis Business portfolio, leveraging and expanding your network, and closely collaborating with local Business Account Managers and the National Account Manager. You will report directly to the National Sales Manager of the B2B team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for assigned sales objectives.

The Regional Account Manager is responsible for three key result areas :

Development of your business & local network

  • Contributing to revenue growth in your region through customer acquisition, retention, and generating profitable revenue.
  • Creating a suitable business plan, analyzing growth opportunities within your assigned region, and developing a go-to-market strategy.
  • Managing the entire sales process; preparing account plans, identifying projects, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • As a Regional Account Manager, you will be actively on the road to acquire new customers and present the Kinepolis B2B product portfolio.

Financial & Administrative

  • Responsible for all steps in the sales process and demonstrating the correct accuracy for funnel management from lead to order using the CRM program.
  • Achieving assigned sales targets by creating, selling, executing, and communicating annual business account plans / sales plans.
  • Responsible for delivering and forecasting sales targets set by the National B2B Sales Manager.
  • Partnership & Strategic Communication

  • Collaborating with local Business Account Managers to prioritize, realize, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Working with the National Coordinator to develop a go-to-market strategy and ensuring smooth internal follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • You possess excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • As a Regional Account Manager, you enthusiastically represent the Kinepolis brand, earning customer trust by advising them expertly on our products / services and seeking solutions that provide added value, thus developing sustainable relationships with customers.
  • Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required (Sales & Marketing or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with Sales Funnel management & CRM management.
  • Results-oriented, project-based, organized, and possess a 'can do' attitude.
  • Your flexibility and team spirit actively contribute to the overall result.
  • Stress-resistant and focused on achieving targets.
  • A diplomatic, intelligent, and skilled negotiator who works goal-oriented and can mobilize others around your ideas and vision for closing deals.
  • Your flexibility, empathy, and maturity leave a strong and credible impression.
  • Preferably residing in the Antwerp region and holding a valid driver's license type B.
