Job Title : Enterprise Data Architect

Location : Brussels

Hybrid : Yes (2 - 3 days / week onsite)

Type of Contract : Permanent Contract preferably

Mandatory Languages : Fluent in English AND Dutch, French, or German (B2 minimum)

Nationality Requirement : EU residents only (no visa / work permit sponsorship available)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Architect / Customer Engagement Associate to join the Platform Product Team of a forward-thinking, data-driven organization. ou will contribute both as a technical expert and as a strategic advisor, working across domains and with multiple teams to ensure that data products deliver real business value.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
• At least 8 years of experience in designing cross-domain solutions as an Enterprise, Data, or Solution Architect.
• Experience building and scaling data-focused products (3+ years preferred).
• Solid experience with data integration across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, S / 4Hana , and / or SAP Datasphere .
• Proven experience designing data models , using event-driven architecture , APIs , and messaging systems.
• Practical knowledge of Domain Driven Design and data mesh architectures is a plus.
• Familiarity with metadata management , data catalogs , and related tooling.
• Optional but valuable : experience with Master Data Management , Big Data , or Data Lake architectures.
• Strong understanding of best practices and methodologies in data governance, architecture frameworks, and lifecycle processes .
• English : Fluent (C1 / C2) – mandatory
• Fluent in at least one of the following : Dutch, French, or German
