In a context of Free2move activities expansion, we are looking for our new Mobility manager for Belgium.

As Mobility Manager at Free2move, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Manage and develop a network of agencies and a fleet of several hundred vehicles;
• Manage your own economy and sales performances, to satisfy our customers and ensure the satisfaction of our partners;
• Contribute to the success of our partners by passing on your operational know-how and developing their sales;
• Support them in the expansion of their sites and the possible opening of new sites;
• Place the autonomy and performance of these sales outlets at the heart of your concerns, and support them on a daily basis, both physically and remotely;
• Actively seeking for new local partners;
• Implement key accounts locally, ensuring a high level of service;
• Manage pricing positioning (Yield Management) in consultation with agencies, and boost additional sales;
• Train the partners in our tools and systems, and ensure that they are fully used;
• Ensure compliance with Free2move Rent quality standards and support your partners on the road to customer satisfaction;
• Manage all KPIs and produce the necessary reports;
• Define and implement action plans;
