Logistics Coordinator

For a major medical company specialised in clinical research we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator Quality & Special Projects officer. You’ll be arranging all supply chain and transportation administration on all researched and yet to be researched samples. On top of that you’ll be responsible for all quality and compliance investigation.

Logistic Tasks :

• Tracking and tracing the packages from the laboratories to clients and backwards
• Contacting companies for transportation to be arranged
• Helping the Supply chain department
• Monthly reports
• Arranging shipments between the different laboratories around the globe

A strong fluent knowledge both written and spoken in English is necessary, knowledge in another language is a big asset. Logistics tasks such as shipping, calling, mailing, checking in on stock, are interesting to you. A detail and client oriented mentality is needed. You’ll be working closely with the Associate Sample Coordinators, the team packing, unpacking and arranging the samples physically. To succeed in this position, you will need to meet challenges head on and be willing to seek the advice of others within the organisation. People minded thinking is key.
