Process Manager

You’re a dynamic individual with preferably a PhD in life sciences (preferably bioscience engineering, alternatively biomedical sciences, biology, medicine,…), ideally in single-cell or spatial multi-omics research. Preferably you have proof (certification, diploma,….) of project management training (e.g., PMP-certification) or a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and / or workflow optimization. Demonstrated success in multi-project management and cross-functional project competencies is essential. Additionally, we’re seeking candidates with :

• Excellent organizational and information processing skills, capable of managing a portfolio of diverse translational, often multidisciplinary, projects and driving these concurrently through to completion.
• The ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and within a group.
• Outstanding social and diplomatic skills for optimal interaction with academic or industrial stakeholders, adept at resolving conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

To spearhead these efforts, the KU Leuven Institute for Single Cell Omics (LISCO) was established in 2021 on the campus of the University Hospital Leuven. LISCO has developed a cutting-edge platform, uniting interdisciplinary labs, to drive innovation and application of SCS-omics for biomedical breakthroughs.
