As an Event Assistant, your role will include :
- Organising internal events (fashion team-building, seasonal events, after-show parties, etc.)
- Supporting the coordination of external events (fashion shows, influencer events, etc.)
- Assisting the office manager with the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Managing office supply orders and inventory.
- Assisting with the management of company assets.
- Providing general administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree in office management, fashion management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a creative or fashion environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
