Functieomschrijving

You are generally in charge of the implementation of and budgets for several building projects. You work proactively with external as well as internal construction partners.

Profile

You have a master’s degree in structural engineering and at least 10 years of relevant experience as a project manager.
You have sound technical knowledge of construction work.
You are a coach who can encourage and motivate your project team to work together to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
You have strong organisational skills and you are commercially driven.
You have a good knowledge of informatics as well as a thorough knowledge of French and English.

Position in the Organisation

You are responsible for the general leadership of several building projects and you are the point of contact for our clients.

You manage the project from an implementation as well as a financial point of view.

You draw up the project and procurement plan and ensure that it is followed up.

You ensure compliance with the safety, quality and environmental standards in consultation with the prevention officer.

In collaboration with the buyer, you are involved in establishing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

You supervise the project team, delegate tasks and responsibilities, and do the necessary following up.

You report to the technical director.
